Jason Morville – Plant Manager

Jason has years of experience in manufacturing and plant management. Throughout his career, he has developed an impressive record of quality management and continuous improvement to the manufacturing process.

Jason is responsible for leading operational performance at two Cincinnati area manufacturing facilities, Basco Engineered Products and Basco Shower Door. Morville joined Basco in May 2018 as Director of Manufacturing for the shower door facility.

Prior to Basco, Morville served as US Operations Manager at Napoleon Appliance Corporation. He has an MBA from DePaul University.

Kevin Ingram – Sales Manager

Kevin ‘s career in the glass and glazing business extends almost 25 years, starting in high school where he built windows, cut glass and glazed windows alongside his father. After serving in U.S. Air Force, he continued with several diverse roles in the industry, including an independent representative and a corporate architectural rep, driving fenestrations specs in Indiana and Michigan with area firms. In 2007, Kevin joined Addis/Basco Engineered Products as an outside sales manager.

Through the years and thousands of projects, both commercial and residential, Kevin has taken personal pride in the fact that when problems arise, a timely solution is found and implemented to our customer’s satisfaction. As Kevin puts it, “every successful project begins with an accurate, on-specification quote and ends with a timely delivery.”

Kevin Addis – Technical Manager

Kevin brings over 35 years of technical experience in the glass fabrication industry. As a founder of Addis Glass, Kevin built the business from sandblasting, contour edging and beveling in a 1,200 sq ft facility to a successful integrated service provider with a 30,000 sq. ft. facility, over 20 employees, 2 shifts a day, 3 edging machines, 2 automatic drills, 2-5 axis CNC machines, focused on auto-sandblasting and multi head shape beveling, tempering, and laminating.

Kevin helps keep the core of what made Addis Glass, and now BEP, a success – the highest quality fabrication, forward thinking and innovation, customer satisfaction, the latest technology and equipment with full service and support.
